Your breath connects you to all that is,

As you inhale,
Allow it to circulate in the heart centre,
And sense your breath exhaling,
The most beautiful cycle of energy that is you,
Bringing forth life force energy,
Source energy,
Into your vessel.
As this process connects you more to who you truly are,
Focus on your heart centre,
Notice your breath,
Circle into your heart centre,
And then visualise your heart centre,
Radiate a brilliant white light,
And visualise this light becoming brighter and brighter with every breath.
Now see the light from your heart centre,
Now radiate throughout your entire being,
Now see your entire being as a brilliant white light,
White light that is connected to who you are,
For this white light is you.
Here,
Feel the sensations,
Focus on your heart centre and see a brilliant gold light,
A brilliant gold flame ignite within your heart centre,
Focus on this light.
My dear ones,
It is in this space where you connect who you are,
It is in this space where you connect to the universe,
It is about trusting the universe,
Trusting who you are,
Trusting who you are,
Trusting the powerful being that you are.
Now envision yourself in this golden flame within your heart centre,
As you look around all you see is gold energy,
All you can feel is love energy,
Source energy,
The light is now flickering brilliant white light within the gold.
You are in the internal flame of who you are,
The god flame that you are,
The eternal source being that you are.
Breathe in this flame,
Breathe in this energy,
This light,
This golden white light all around you,
Breathe it in,
You are the universe,
Trust that the universe is bringing you everything that you need in the moment,
All that you need is in this moment.
You are abundant,
You are powerful,
You are a god creator,
How can you not be powerful?
Trust is knowing that you are one with the universe,
Knowing that you are one with all that is,
For you are source,
You are not separate,
You exist in a state of oneness,
In a state of oneness there is only trust,
But trust is,
Trust is knowing that you are loved,
That you are cared for by the universe,
By your guides,
By ultimately by yourself,
For you are one,
All that the answers that you seek will be flow to you in your conscious awareness,
All the wisdom that you seek is already within you,
It is about connecting to the oneness within,
To the love within and it is there where you hear the messages,
The guidance and the wisdom that the universe brings to you,
That allows you to unlock the remembering of these answers for yourself,
For they are already within you.
Trust that you are on your journey perfectly the way it's supposed to be,
Your journey is perfect,
Your exploration of the journey is perfect,
You are exploring your path uniquely because of what you chose to explore before coming into this human vessel,
So trust that you are perfectly on your path and that the universe is providing for you what is required for each section of your path,
For each dimension you rise in the exploration of who you are as you raise your frequency,
As you trust that all is perfect,
As you start to see the world through the eyes of oneness that all is love,
That all is perfect,
You will unlock further the remembering of the guidance,
Of the wisdom,
Of the tools,
It is always there within you,
Trust that as you raise your frequency you will unlock the next stage of your path,
Let go in knowing where your path will go,

Your path is now,
Your path is perfect,
There is no destination,

All the tools needed for this stage of your path,
