Kelly is a highly sensitive woman and mother of two who began her journey toward inner peace after years of stress and pressure in the corporate world. Meditation and yoga became her path of transformation and self-discovery. After years of self-healing and deep inner work, she now guides others on their own journey back to their true selves. Trained in Yoga Nidra and Hatha Yoga in India and Bali, Kelly is currently training to become a holistic therapist, weaving together ancient spiritual wisdom and modern understandings, from yoga and mindfulness to neuroscience, trauma-informed approaches, and energy work. Through her meditations, she gently invites you to slow down, reconnect with your body, calm the mind, and nurture the soul.
