Peace For Humanity

A meditation to uplift humanity and send peace into the world during these trying times. This practice aims to uplift your spirits and to send light and love to those around you and those beyond you and around the world.

Welcome.

Today,

I invite you to journey with me into peace.

Peace for humanity.

Peace for our Earth that we dwell upon.

Peace for all things.

Above your head,

There is a bright ball of white,

Divine,

Glowing,

Loving light.

And it's spinning 16 inches above your head.

And above that,

You see divine white light filling it,

Charging it,

Nurturing it,

Coming down from the divine universal heavens.

From that place where divinity lives.

And it is feeding this white ball of light that is uniquely yours.

This white ball of light spins as it charges,

And it spins as it's nurtured,

And it spins as divinity fills it up.

Slowly,

This white ball of light descends down toward you,

And it enters into your crown chakra.

It passes through the space in your head.

Through your throat chakra.

And slowly,

You can feel the warmth of it filling in the space within your chest.

It's directly in the center of your heart chakra.

In the center of your chest.

And you feel the vibrant,

Divine vibrations warming you,

Nurturing you,

Healing you,

Loving you,

Because it is filled directly with the essence of divinity.

Slowly the ball expands slightly and slightly more until it extends beyond the circumference of your chest.

And slightly forms a belt around your chest area.

And even more,

The white ball of divine energy light is glowing and sparkling,

And it's growing until it encapsulates your full body.

Feel the healing,

Loving vibrations that it offers you as it nurtures you.

And now this light body of energy expands outward beyond your body and fills the space in your room where you are currently sitting or laying.

And the whole room is charged with this divinity.

The whole energy in the room shifts because it's been upgraded.

As you are uplifted,

So is everything around you.

And the whole room is encircled by this divine white healing light.

And so the vibration of it extends farther out.

And your whole house is encapsulated by the white light.

Feel the energy shift throughout the space in your whole house.

And now the energy is pulsing and it's reaching and it's yearning for more,

More individuals,

More beings that it can impact and heal and love and nurture and care for.

And so the light reaches out from your heart source and it's reaching out beyond your house.

And now it's extending until your whole neighborhood is encapsulated within this divine light.

See your loved ones smiling and receiving this divine light.

See your neighbors feeling well,

Feeling whole,

Feeling nurtured within the rays of this divine light.

They're receiving the healing,

Whether they're aware of it or not.

Feel the energy.

Now this divine light is reaching out beyond itself and it's reaching out until your whole city or town is totally encircled with this divine light and the people within this circle,

The animals that are within this circle,

The plants and flowers and grass and leaves and all of those living things that are within this circle are impacted for the better because together we hold an intention for their wellness,

For their betterment that all that are touched by this white light are lifted,

Are healed.

And so now this white light is reaching beyond itself and it's seen cascading over waterways,

Over grasslands,

Over hills,

Over mountains until it reaches and encapsulates your full state,

Your whole state is within this ball of white light energy or whatever region that you're in is encapsulated with this ball of white healing energy that knows no differentiations.

It knows no favoritism.

It knows no preferences except to uplift all living beings in the way that we are all connected into one another.

Let it lift you.

Let it fill you.

Let it radiate out and out and slowly it's growing beyond your state or your region or your area and it's growing,

Growing until it fills the space of your whole country.

Your whole country is within this bubble of white healing light and your intentions are understood by all receiving hearts that are touched by it.

And now the white light journeys more and more because the intention is to heal all humanity and so it grows and it shifts and you see it expanding and expanding and expanding until it reaches beyond the limits of your country,

Beyond the limits of others countries and you see little by little it's taking over the land.

It's taking over the water.

It's taking over the climates.

It's taking over the environments and slowly,

Slowly we see the whole earth come into view and your white lit healing vibrational bubble.

The whole world is inside of this divine light and this my friends is where we have the opportunity to send out divine healing vibrations,

Thoughts,

Prayers,

Affirmations to all of those on this earth plane within this earth reality.

Send out notes of healing,

Of love so that everyone feels what it means to have these moments that we are amidst and have them subside and have them know that we are all in a learning phase,

In a healing phase,

In a phase that's weeding out the contradictions,

In a phase that we are uplifting as one,

As a race of humans that have decided to incarnate during this precious time to learn,

To learn,

To heal,

To heal,

To love,

To love,

To share,

To share,

To connect,

To connect.

Love to those all around as you send your prayers and your thoughts into the bubble that encapsulates the earth,

That encapsulates our hearts and our bodies and our minds and hearts as you send out these healing,

Loving,

Divine thoughts and prayers and affirmations.

Know that they're being heard and felt by all as we are connected to the fabric of humanity through our spiritual knowing,

Through the essence of our divinity that is present in all things.

Send light and you see your ball of white light that is encapsulating all things.

You see it glowing and you see it intensifying and you see it knowing and you see it loving and you see it nurturing and you see human consciousness expanding,

Expanding for all that we have gone through.

And yet in the center of it is peace,

Peace,

Peace,

Peace.

You feel it vibrating through you on all the cords.

You feel your spiritual body vibrating and receiving the healing and receiving the peace because that's all that divinity has in store for you.

That's all it really wants for all of us is to learn and to love and to feel the peace that is within and for us to realize and know and understand that we are divinity.

We are divine source.

We need to be reminded of that.

We are divine source living a human experience so that our knowing of ourselves can expand.

And so it is.

We have expanded.

We have expanded and we have lifted the vibrational cortex of this world,

Of this dimension,

Of this universe that we have decided to take part in.

And so it is.

And so it is.

We are lifted and we are healed and we are at peace and we are within our wellness and we are within our oneness.

And so when you come back to your body,

When you come back to your knowing,

When you come back from this divine place,

Know that you can get there again,

That it is within your heart,

That it is within your reach,

That it is within your embodiment,

That it is within your right as a divine being living a human experience,

That it is within your oneness,

That it is within your Godness,

That it is within your right of a human being.

And it's all right here in your heart,

In this vibration,

In this knowing.

Find the peace and bring it back.

Bring it back into your everydayness.

Bring it back into your knowingness.

Bring it back into your mind.

Bring it back into your hearts.

Bring it back into your life.

Come back.

Come back.

Come back.

Come back.
