Kathy Ward is an Author, Army veteran and corporate world survivor who specializes in mental agility, mindfulness-based approaches, and burnout prevention. With over 20 years of experience, she helps individuals and organizations build resilience, clarity, and wellbeing, supporting people to thrive under pressure and live with greater balance and purpose. She has partnered with global health and humanitarian organizations to design and deliver evidence-based mental-agility programmes that enhance performance, emotional intelligence, and wellbeing in demanding environments. A Senior International Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy for cancer MBCT ca and Mindfulness-Based Approaches (MBA) Trainer, Kathy trained as a teacher, supervisor and assessor at the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice, Bangor University. She also holds professional qualifications as a Stress and Burnout Coach, Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP Coach, Motivational Therapist, and Yoga Therapist. Her TEDx talk, Mindfulness and Kindness: The Keys to Increasing Happiness (2019), has been viewed by more than 21,000 people worldwide, inspiring audiences to face life’s challenges with awareness and compassion. Having personally navigated burnout, living with chronic illness, and cancer, Kathy brings deep empathy and authenticity to her work. She lives in Spain with her husband Gez and Spanish water dog, Rubi.
