Got me into the zone quite quickly! A beautiful mantra.. It almost escapes your memory as you listen to it. I was doing my best to repeat it as I listened, but kept returning to a place of witness. The beauty of Vedic medicine I suppose!

I used the meditation with a short yoga session. It helped keep me focused -especially with the breath.
