Kathy believes yoga should be inclusive to everyone and offers lots of options and variations and welcomes practitioners of any level to her classes. Kathy encourages students to do whatever is best for their body and mind at all times during her classes. Her intention is for you to leave her classes with a calm mind, a sense of connection with your body, and a heart full of gratitude for taking time to practice self care. Kathy loves to share simple art practices which can foster connection and expansion to your creative aspects. We are all creative and often a little nudge is all we need to remember that beautiful part of ourselves and to reconnect and experience the joy that is available when we allow ourselves to be creative in any form. Kathy looks forward to sharing meaningful experiences with you!
