This is inspired by an NZ Maori chant that also includes postural movements. Papatuanuku refers to earth; Ranginui refers to the sky, Wairua to water, and Aroha to love. These same four elements also occur in astrology or astronomy, used by all travelling cultures. They are also found in spiritual traditions, like Buddhist Casina meditations on the Elements. I respect that different people have similar root archetypes. How and why they arose is a marvelous mystery to me.
