Meet your Teacher

Kari Doherty is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher, wellness educator, and Ayurvedic practitioner with over a decade of experience supporting others in cultivating sustainable, embodied well-being. In addition to her yoga training, she holds a 300-hour Ayurvedic Wellness Advisor certification and is currently completing an 800-hour advanced training in Ayurveda. Kari’s approach blends ancient wisdom with modern accessibility, always grounded in the belief that healing begins with rhythm, kindness, and deep listening.

Dinacharya: A Routine Rooted in Rhythm

Dinacharya, or daily rhythm, is a cornerstone of Ayurvedic self-care. In this session, you’ll explore three simple morning practices that support clarity, digestion, and grounding. These small rituals are less about perfection and more about creating steadiness in how you meet your day.

Food as Medicine (Without the Rules)

Ayurveda teaches that you are not what you eat, you are what you can digest. This session invites you to consider how, when, and what you eat based on your body’s natural rhythms. You’ll learn to support your digestive fire (Agni) with simple, grounding food choices and kinder eating habits.
