Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in again and breathe out.

Breathe in again and breathe out.

Let's find our heart space,

Our heart center.

If you need to,

You can put your hand on your heart.

Go inside and feel how your body feels.

How is your heart center?

Check in with yourself and feel how you feel.

Now feel your body getting lighter.

You're drifting up into the heavens.

Now look around.

See what you see in the distance.

You see mountains,

Jungle,

Even the ocean.

Bring your focus to a tree in the jungle.

It's the biggest tree that you have seen.

For some reason,

This particular tree is calling to you.

Now you're next to the tree.

Standing next to it.

It's a massive tree.

Sit with this tree and take in the energy that it provides you.

Listen to what it has to say.

Feel the green energy of the tree all around you.

When you look up,

It has a massive canopy that is shading you from the beautiful sun.

Now you see in the distance the ocean and you can hear the waves.

Move towards the ocean now.

Now that you're at the ocean,

Stand at the edge of the ocean and let the water caress your feet.

Wash your feet of any impurities that do not serve you.

The sun is beaming down the golden light through your chakra.

All around you is this golden light.

Cleaning you and purifying the space and the energy all around you.

You can feel the wind on your face.

Now you're back at the tree where you started.

There is a doorway in the side of the tree.

Just enter through that tree.

Now you're back in your room.

You're back in the space where you started.

When I count to three,

You can open your eyes.

One,

Take in a deep breath and exhale.

Two,

Take in a deep breath and exhale.

Three,

Take in a deep breath and exhale.
