Having been ritualized across cultures, land, and time, the Full Moon is the time of the lunar cycle when the moon shines its brightest and its natural energetic pull affects us physically, mentally, and emotionally. The good news is that we utilize this energy with this ritual for optimal reflection and personal growth. In this 3 step ritual, you will first align your nervous system to pause and recognize what is coming to the surface for you within this full moon. You will then experience a writing ritual to release and let go of what is no longer aligning with your thriving. And in the final step, you will realign energetically through a meditation that combines ancient and modern practices. There are 3 steps to this ritual: Step 1. RECOGNIZE. Through nervous system alignment, I will guide you through somatically opening up communication and connection within your mind, body, and heart to reflect and recognize what is coming to the surface for you under this full moon. Step 2. RELEASE. Through a guided writing ritual, you will acknowledge and set free what you are ready to release and let go of. (Please have paper and writing tool ready). Step 3. REALIGN. The final step of this ritual is a guided chakra energetic alignment meditation infused with reiki to clean your energetic slate and mindfully embody the energy you desire within your mind, body, and heart.
