The shift,
Moving from success,
From sales and into the understanding of the true spirit of service.
Which really is what everything is about,
Whether that's in your personal life or taking your ultimate potential into the highest level of your leadership.
Moving you from the old ways,
It will have requirements for yourself.
A higher level of health and wellbeing,
A higher level of responsibility and personal ownership in the way that you relate to everything and how everything relates to you is your total responsibility and never lies with another.
To truly be in service in your business brings your collaborators,
Teams,
Staff,
All people together in unity and in unity,
True unity is devoid of a hierarchy.
It is segmented and segments in honour of each role,
That each role has a potential and a power that is interconnected and akin to another role where nothing is below or above.
It is understood that when all segments come together,
The whole becomes complete.
In the whole becoming complete,
There is a natural rising into more.
And so what is going to be required is more personal development,
More professional development.
And so at this time of beginning to be aware of the damage that without judgement we've all been kind of unconscious of,
As we come into the light,
Our emotions are going to be activated.
In the feeling of the separation from a sense of belonging,
There will be an illumination of what needs to change within you if you are wishing to live in a better way,
To be the best you can,
To lead in a way that empowers everyone into their potential.
There is always more we can all do.
There is always an infinite amount of healing,
Learning.
None of us are ever there,
Nobody ever knows it all.
And so maybe today take a moment,
Just a few minutes,
To reflect on what you can change and transform right here,
Right now.
For me,
It's certainly time to think about giving more.
As we look at the energy of money and the expansion of our material world,
It's time to know that that energy can be given out more.
To see abundance in a different way,
To see the wastage,
An over-abundant planet,
And to really feel it,
And that really we don't need as much as we have.
Let there be a reminder to us,
And in the seeing of all that we are and all that we have,
Let us feel an intense amount of gratitude and appreciation.
And maybe you're someone that's feeling a calling to change,
A calling to be different,
A calling to care,
A calling to have more compassion,
A calling to move out of structures,
Systems,
Procedures that have kept you stuck or shackled you to a way of being that's never felt right.
But it's time to release yourself from that.
Bring out your strength,
Be bold,
Be courageous,
Have a voice,
Your voice,
Your thoughts,
Your opinions,
Gently expressed but powerfully held and only offered and not forced.
As our world changes,
There'll be a natural way,
Almost an order or a wave that will bring us together.
We will have to come together through our external worldly experiences and understand the importance that our survival is interconnected and not separate from each other.
And so as you release the need,
The I am,
The success,
And begin to understand that it's not about production or profit,
Within your leadership it has a higher realm.
And that that realm is about your people.
It is you that will be needing,
Desiring,
Understanding the change within you,
The voice within you,
The expression within you.
Within the calling,
The positioning,
You will walk forth in your strength and express without the fear of an outcome or a need to be anything at all.
So take a moment,
Place out your prayer,
Seek the guidance you need.
For when you walk in unity with your own point of service,
All that you need to know and become aware of is presented to you from your external experiences.
There really is nothing that you need to figure out or work out.
When you take a little time to reflect,
To pause,
To stop,
To feel,
Into the understanding of what is being presented to you.
Nature will always give you and ignite the wisdom within you to know that the perfect answer is inside of you.
It is a time not to hold back,
It's a time to be brave and bold.
So who can you reach out to today?
How can you open your heart a little more,
Heal a little more,
Release a little more?
And in doing so,
You naturally accelerate a deeper sense of self.
