Beside Me Always Piano Meditation

This piano version of Beside Me Always brings me to tears. I hope the haunting melody conveys the love I feel for my son who has been gone now for many years. He lives on in my music. I wrote Beside Me Always when I was 16. I stopped playing guitar in my 20’s but at the age of 50, this was the first song I wanted to relearn. I wish for others to find hope in my story.

Beautiful. I was wary because piano can be too much for me sometimes, but after waking from dreams of grief this was a perfect and healing morning meditation. Simply beautiful with patient pacing, soft tones, and a lovely arc for sinking in to let the tears out and ending feeling lighter. ❤️
