This is a medley of six guitar-based song arrangements. These songs helped Judy let go of the grief that ruled her life for years. These are the tracks: Beside Me Always – "This is a song for my son. I stood weeping at his grave until the breeze surrounded me. I feel his love and he tells me he will never leave me." Memory of Love – "Although watching my mother fade with dementia was despairing, I never forgot her love. That memory was my comfort." My Shining Star – "My shining star winks at me outside my bedroom window. When I cry, he whispers 'heal' in my ear." Hang On – "I always prayed that one day my pain would go away. One day, it did. Sometimes, hanging on is all you can do." Set You Free – "I will never forget the essence of what I loved so much. You were irreplaceable. When I set you free, it ultimately set me free." Alabaster Seashell – "A beautiful seashell holds memories. It is a metaphor for what can be left behind when the living creature has gone."
