Simple drum beat designed to help you journey. Some hand drumming at the beginning introduces the journey and repeats at the end providing enough time to return. The sounds of a crackling fire and crickets. A subtle low binaural beat. Follow the embers up, or find a way down. I wish you all insight and clarity.

It was just what I was looking for except I couldn’t work out what the rustle of a crisp/chip packet sound was until the end when I realised it was supposed to be a burning fire! 😆
