Welcome to this seven chakra meditation for invoking the deities.
I will be your guide Aaron Lee and at this time I ask that you come to a comfortable position laying down on your back or on your stomach whatever is comfortable and preferable for you.
Allow yourself to relax make sure your head is supported with maybe a cushion or pillow and let's take a deep inhale all the way through the stomach all the way through the belly to the lungs through the throat up to the third eye center and an audible exhale sigh everything out that no longer serves you.
Relax the shoulders,
Relax your eyes,
Relax your facial muscles,
Relax your whole body.
Allow yourself to begin to tune in to the breath as we begin this meditation at the root chakra point at the base of the spine.
At this time I ask you to bring your awareness to the base of the spine envision a red glowing vibrant ball of energy pulsating.
The deity associated with this chakra is Lord Ganesha the remover of obstacles so allow your fears to dissolve and allow Ganesha to remove any obstacles and fears that may be present at this time.
The bija mantra for this chakra is allow yourself to ground into the mantra as we offer one more offering to Lord Ganesha.
Feel the energy move upwards.
Now at the sacral chakra otherwise known as the swadhisthana.
The element for this chakra is water.
Visualize a swirling pool of orange light.
The deity that governs this chakra is Lord Vishnu otherwise known as Narayana.
The bija mantra for this chakra is tuning into the vibrations.
Feel the sensations that may arise at this time.
Let us also offer an offering in a mantra to Lord Vishnu.
Feel the energy move up further to the solar plexus chakra about an inch above the navel.
Envision a glowing ferocious yellow light.
Feel a warming sensation in this chakra governed by the element fire.
The deity associated with this chakra is Lakshmi,
The consort and wife of Lord Vishnu.
Allow us to offer the bija mantra to Ma Lakshmi at this time.
Allow us to offer a mantra to Ma Lakshmi.
Feel the energy move up further to the heart center.
Feel the radiance of the heart chakra permeate the heart center.
Green in color,
A vibrant green.
Feel love permeating through your whole system.
The deity associated with the heart chakra is Lord Hanuman,
Very courageous and a great servant.
The bija mantra is and an offering to Lord Hanuman Ji.
Feel the energy move up further to the throat region.
Lord Shiva is the deity associated with the throat chakra,
Also known as the Vishuddhi.
Blue in color,
Vibrant blue.
Lord Shiva drank the poison which turned his throat blue.
Allow us to offer the bija mantra.
We also offer a mantra to Lord Shiva at this time.
Allow the energy to slowly move upwards to the third eye center,
Otherwise known as the ajna chakra.
Indigo in color.
Feel the pulsations in the region of the third eye.
Also associated with Lord Shiva,
Who has a very powerful third eye center in which he burned kama by shooting fire,
Burning him to ashes.
Allow us to offer the bija mantra.
And another mantra to Lord Shiva.
The energy moves up to the sahasrara chakra,
The crown chakra,
The thousand petaled lotus.
Feel the energy radiating at the top of the crown chakra,
Shooting out towards the heavens,
The cosmos.
The deity associated with the crown chakra is indeed Ishwara,
The highest,
The paramatma.
Tuning into this beautiful spiritual divine energy.
The bija mantra again.
And a mantra.
