Chakra Cleansing Sound Practice

This is a highly soothing 15-minute chakra cleansing sound practice. It comprises crystal singing bowls tuned to the 7 energy centers (chakras), starting from the root and ascending towards the crown. It is accompanied by nature sounds, synthesizer, and live instrumentation. Use this recording to gain clarity of mind, to recenter, or as a daily mediation.
