In this meditation practice,
You will be guided to connect with your heart so that you may receive the answers you need within to better your life journey.
When you're ready,
Let's begin.
Please find a comfortable place to sit,
A place that resonates with your heart.
You can sit on the floor or on the chair.
Keep the eyes closed throughout the guided meditation and keep the back straight and relaxed.
Now relax the shoulders and begin breathing through the nose.
Begin observing the flow of air coming in and out of the nostrils.
Feel the air coming in and out.
As you observe the breath,
Begin to notice the characteristics of the breath.
Is it slow or is it fast?
Try not to think for the answers in this practice,
Just receive it through observing the present moment.
How hot is the breath?
Is air mainly coming out of the left nostril or right nostril?
With every breath,
Try your best to become ever more aware of the present moment.
With every breath,
Become ever more aware of where you are,
Of what is happening in the present moment.
Become aware,
Not with thinking,
But just by simply being here right now.
How are you feeling in this moment?
Simply allow the answers to come to you naturally,
Honestly,
Through your awareness of the present moment.
Continue to let the breath flow naturally.
Continue to let your experience happen naturally.
Now move your awareness to the space in between the chest.
This is the spiritual heart area.
Tune into this area by becoming aware of the sensations happening here.
Can you feel your clothes touching the skin?
How does it feel?
Can you feel any other sensations?
Throbbing?
Itching?
Heat?
It can be anything.
Just allow yourself to be in this space right now by becoming aware of this space.
With every breath,
Begin to put your thinking mind aside so you can simply be in this area.
Continue to be aware of the heart area.
To connect to the heart,
We learn to let go of the analysing mind.
The more you can let go of your attachments to the thinking mind,
The more you will be able to connect with your heart.
So let's begin the letting go of the thinking mind just by being in the heart area.
You are here right now within your heart.
This is the place which reflects the true you.
You have always been whole and perfect.
Your heart has always known this.
But the thinking mind can convince us otherwise.
So to go deeper into the heart,
Use this opportunity to let go of all the ideas you have about yourself.
Begin to let go of all your worries.
Let go of all your responsibilities.
Let go of all your fears.
Let go of all your desires and attachments.
Let go of all your anger towards others.
Let go of all the judgments that you have towards yourself.
Begin to see that you are already perfect.
Use this opportunity to love yourself unconditionally for who you are.
Stay in this state of unconditional love for the next few breaths.
Stay in this space for the next few breaths,
Noticing the infinite potential that is within you.
Now that you are connected with your heart,
You can ask your heart for guidance.
You can ask the heart,
What goals do I really wish to accomplish in life?
Let the answers come,
Naturally and honestly.
What are the things that I want to change about my current life?
What beliefs do I need to change about myself to be happier?
What do I need to do more in this present time?
What do I need to do less in this present time?
When answers come,
Try not to analyze their worth.
Just accept without judgment.
If you receive no answers,
That is fine.
Just realize that you already know the answers inside,
For the heart is you.
The heart has always been there,
Guiding you towards greater love,
Knowing and happiness.
So whenever you need guidance,
Look for the answers within,
For there is infinite wisdom waiting to be heard.
Keep on connecting with your heart every day,
By being aware of its presence and its guiding voice.
