Lullaby is a 432 Hz instrumental meditation composed to naturally guide the listener through the lower brain waves states into deep sleep. Meditation before bed makes space between the recurring thought patterns and emotionally charged incidents of the day - which may be replaying in our nervous systems as much as our minds - causing discomfort that delays us from entering restful sleep.
