Welcome,

This is your time to let the day go,

To rest and to return to peace Whatever has happened today,

Whether heavy or light,

Know that you have done enough Now,

You can simply breathe,

Release and allow yourself to be carried into rest As you rest,

Repeat these affirmations to yourself with confidence,

Clarity and compassion I release the weight of this day,

My mind and body are ready to rest I am safe,

Supported and cared for in this moment Whatever is unfinished can wait until tomorrow I forgive myself for any mistakes and I let go of any tension I've been holding My strength is renewed through rest I am more than what I've done today,

I am whole just as I am Peace flows through me with every breath Take one last deep inhale and a slow gentle exhale You have given yourself the gift of release You are safe,

You are strong,

You are at peace As you drift into rest,

May your body soften,

Your mind quiet and your spirit feel held in calm I wish you good night
