This is so perfect for an ease into the morning, with such a simple, short practice to lift you up and out into your world. Quiet but empowering with true and right affirmations. The power of words is really a thing, and when you hear yourself speak, whether you want to shout it out or whisper it, your full Self hears and resonates and believes it. As it should. Of course.
