Audio Divina (Sacred Listening) is a form of meditation where we invite the movement of Spirit through a piece of music rather than speaking through a text (Lectio Divina) or a piece of art (Visio Divina). Quiet your mind, and invite Spirit to guide your listening. Listen with your heart. Reflect on what you hear. Respond to what surfaces in you through prayer.
