When to arrive,
Laying down and when you're ready closing down the eyes.
We will perform a breath and body scan followed by a story,
This will help you to connect with your highest self,
Your highest possible version.
The time that you spend entering into your subconscious mind is an act of will,
Your intention is simply to trust,
To trust the process of life that you are guided.
Everything you need to progress,
To move forward exists as a seed within you and your highest self is waiting to utilize the seed to garden your mind,
To watch it all grow with joy.
Relax and enjoy this process,
Allowing my voice and my music to guide you into a restful and deep sleep.
Take a deep inhalation,
Releasing and letting go,
Inhale all the way into your stomach and releasing and completely letting go and mentally scanning your body now,
Noticing any areas that are tight,
Holding any tension,
Any physical knots in the stomach and breathing into these areas,
Noticing just as your breath is,
Softening the eyes now,
Breathe and feel your eyes relax,
Softening the sides of your face and ears,
You breathe and feel the sides of your face and ears relax,
Softening your lips and jaw,
You breathe and feel your lips and jaw relax,
Softening your neck,
You breathe and feel your neck relax,
Softening your shoulders,
You relax your shoulders,
Softening your arms and hands,
You relax your arms and hands,
Softening your chest,
You completely relax your chest,
Softening the abdomen and stomach,
You feel your abdomen and stomach relax,
Softening the hips,
You feel your hips relax,
Softening your thighs and calves all the way down to your feet,
You feel your legs and feet relax,
Softening the entire body,
You feel your entire body relax,
Softening the mind,
You feel your mind relax,
Imagine you are laying down,
The breeze is swaying,
You hear the soft ocean in the distance and it makes you feel happy,
The earth beneath you feels solid and you are laying down in a grassy clearing surrounded by trees,
You feel completely safe and a wonderful energy and purposefulness arises within you,
Just by being here,
You feel spacious and grounded,
Nature is holding you,
This space is where you come to connect,
In this moment you are free,
You are weightless,
Completely held by nature,
In your mind's eye you look among the trees and see a door,
You begin to make your way towards the door and in your hand you hold a key,
The key has the words written,
Let go,
You study this all wooden door and you feel the texture of the wood as you run your fingers along the crevices,
You find a keyhole and the door creaks open,
Before you,
You see the same trees,
The sky,
Only it is reversed and as the door opens completely,
You move your hand and see yourself move in the same way,
You notice there is no separation from this reflection,
You feel warmth and an energy of love as you are seen by yourself,
You are looking into your own eyes,
You feel completely understood and everything inside you,
All of the feelings,
All of the thoughts,
You feel them wash away,
As you are completely understood,
The insight comes that you are never alone and you are never lost,
You reach out and you hold the hand of yourself,
Always,
You have been witnessed by this version of yourself,
You see how perfect and wonderful you are,
It feels like there is nothing in the way,
It feels like a miracle of love,
All along,
Through the doorway of your heart,
You have been here loving yourself,
Through everything that has happened in your life,
You have witnessed and held love for yourself,
It is almost overwhelming how beautiful it feels to be so unconditionally loved,
To feel a love that is yours because it is you,
You listen to your higher self speaking like a vision into your mind,
We are always connected,
I am you and we are one,
One with all of life,
We are the trees,
The water,
The sun,
Remember you are free,
You are a miracle of creation,
You have everything you need,
Love is your very essence,
Love is the oneness of our experience,
You are well,
You are in right action,
You embody all virtue,
You are courage,
You are graced,
You are reliant with completion,
You are reliant in truth,
You are wonder,
You are the essence of joy,
You are connected to effortless peace,
You are abundant,
You are selflessly serving all other beings,
You feel your entire body illumined with a pure light,
And so it is,
You watch as your higher self walks right into you,
Merging with every fiber of your being,
And you feel the resonance of the spirit,
With a deep knowing and acceptance,
You embrace every act of life,
Every act of work,
Every challenge,
Every word,
Thought and deed that comes to you,
You meet it in and through the heart,
You walk through the door and lay back to where you were on the ground,
You feel the emergence within your higher self,
Your highest ideals contained in the fabric of your consciousness,
You have the will and strength to connect at any time,
In any moment,
This very act of remembrance is encoded within you,
Is encoded within you,
The door is open,
And so it is,
So it will always be.
