Welcome to your meditation track for the new year.
Start by getting comfortable either in a chair or seated on the floor.
And close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in.
And exhale.
Let it all out.
Begin to settle into yourself in this moment.
Continuing with that deep breathing pattern.
If you're listening to this,
You're probably about to enter a new year.
Or we are currently in the beginning phases of a new year.
And a lot of the time,
When a new year is before us or upon us,
We have intentions already laid out for the coming year.
Or intentions to leave the events of the past year behind.
Or maybe there's an uncertainty about what this year will bring.
No matter what you're feeling,
It can be great to ask yourself,
What does a new year mean to you?
For some,
A new year means a chance to start over,
A chance to renew.
And for some,
It's a continuation of the flow of time that they have already found themselves in.
And in this new year,
You can allow that to be both of those things.
To allow for a continuation of positivity,
Of good things,
Of wonderful experiences that you've found in your life throughout the year before.
And all of the many that came before that.
But you can also set new intentions.
Just like every single morning that you wake up,
Every single day.
This new year is an opportunity to set intentions and to allow yourself to align with the visions that you see and the manifestations that you want.
For yourself,
For the world,
For those around you.
A new year does not mean a new you.
You are always yourself.
You are always that sacred,
Divine presence.
That person,
That soul within you will never leave you.
A new year does not mean leaving yourself behind.
It simply means that you can add to the abundance that you already see within yourself.
So take a moment here.
If you already have intentions or goals for the new year,
Hold on to them and visualize.
But if you don't,
Take this moment to think about goals,
Dreams,
Even small shifts and changes,
Or things you want to continue in the new year.
Things that you notice you're doing a fantastic job of this year.
Things that have brought amazing additions to your life that you want to continue in the year ahead.
Think about those intentions,
Those goals,
What you want for the new year.
On an inhale,
Think about all of those things.
And on your next exhale,
Invite in that energy that you know will serve you and help you bring those things to you.
Leaving any negativity in the year behind is a great way to make strides and move forward for yourself and invite in all of the positivity that you deserve in this coming year.
Allow yourself to sit in that image of all of that magnificent positivity that you are inviting in for this new year.
All of it that you are bringing to yourself,
That you are gifting yourself.
It is all in front of you.
All of that beautiful light and happiness.
You have the power to manifest that into this new year.
Because a new year does not mean a new you.
A new year means a chance to add even more abundance into your life.
Taking a deep breath in and exhaling out.
Feeling yourself coming into your body.
Maybe blinking the eyes a few times.
Rolling the head back and forth.
Taking some deeper breaths.

Whether it is already a new year or whether you are approaching one.
Whether you are readying your spirit for that transition.
