The only way to hold on is to keep letting go.

You can't take the past back but you can make the future.

You don't have to speak a word.

You don't have to scream or shout.

You just gotta focus on your heart and really,

Really truly forgive.

Forgive yourself.

Forgive your past.

Release the weight,

The pain,

The resentment,

The fear.

Simply forgive from the center of your body.

You can't go back in time but you can make the time you have the most forgiving,

Loving,

Accepting period of your life starting right now.
