Welcome to the infinite focus breathwork meditation.

Where your focus goes,

Your energy flows.

But focusing is so much easier with a clear mind and a relaxed body.

So right now,

Imagine you are simply floating on the ocean as your shoulders relax,

Your body relaxes.

You're becoming weightless,

Carefree.

All distractions are leaving your mind.

You're breathing deeply through your nose,

Breathing out through your mouth,

Letting go,

Letting go.

Looking up at the deep blue sky,

Seeing the clouds hover over your head,

Letting thoughts come into your mind,

Not holding on to them and simply letting them go.

Focus does not have to be looking at one thing,

One thing only.

Real focus is having the ability to adapt and change your energy,

Pulling you towards the things you want in your life.

Adapting your energetic state to reflect that feeling,

That emotion,

That connection to your dreams and your passions,

Embodying that feeling right now.

Feeling your mind clear and clean and your heart lighter and softer.

And now for a moment,

Really connect to your heart,

Really connect to the center of your being.

Finding a way to completely let go of all the distractions of life,

All the noise and just connect with your being and your compassion.

Focusing all your attention on your heart,

Placing one hand on your heart and feeling it,

Connecting to it,

Breathing into it.

Feeling the energy expand all around your heart right now,

Focusing and breathing deeply into your heart,

Holding,

Expanding and letting go.

We can walk through life without realizing that we are focusing on things that we don't want.

When really the happiness in our lives depends on the quality of our thoughts and our thoughts determine what we focus on.

Think of an emotion,

An emotion that you would like to feel more of every single day.

See yourself in the near future,

Feeling that emotion,

Expressing that emotion,

Being that person with every cell of your body.

As we breathe today,

You're going to breathe in all of that emotion,

That feeling,

That connection,

Drawing yourself closer to that near future,

Focusing with clarity.

Connecting to those emotions,

Giving that emotional state a color,

A color that resonates with you,

A strong color.

Let it surround your entire being as it gets deeper and warmer as you breathe and focus.

When you focus on that emotion,

On that emotional state and you feel it,

Then you are creating that emotion in your body and your mind right now using the power of your breath.

Focus on your future without being defined by the old emotions of your past.
