Observe what happens in your body.

Or a very shallow breathing.
Sense what is happening in your body.
Now keep breathing and neutrally try to stay present to it.
You may find a lot of contraction in your belly.
But also your chest.

Let them be.
And let them move if they are already moving.
Follow your body.
Follow the movements in your body.
This can become intense,
Yet you have the power to let them be.
This is your power expressing itself in a repressed way.
But let it flow,
Whatever the ugliness or negativity,
Follow its movement,
Because even in that there is beauty.
Know that every hurt energy that is consciously and fully expressed transforms into its natural version.
That should give you enough reason and courage to feel what you truly feel.
Don't mentally overrule with other ways of thinking.
Just allow yourself to think and feel whatever it is that you truly feel.

It's on the physical level that the real change happens.
