It's a beautiful day and the sun is shining.
You feel the warmth of the sun on your face and filling every part of your being and look around your beautiful garden.
And as you breathe in,
You breathe in the life force of the plants and with each breath you take,
You feel your heart expanding and opening to love.
In your garden is a beautiful pink rose.
You feel drawn towards the rose,
It seems to be glowing and sparkling.
The rose has many buds and flowers,
The roses are very beautiful,
It's as if they are glowing and sparkling.
You feel compelled to walk across the soft grass to the rose bed and breathe in the magical fragrance of the roses and you are breathing in the life energy of the rose into your heart.
And the diva of the rose and the rose quartz crystal are taking you on a magical journey.
You are completely encompassed with this beautiful pink energy,
The ray of love and you realise you are being held in the wings of a magnificent angel.
The angel of love and you feel as if you are laying on a cloud,
Soft and comfortable,
Safe and secure,
Those soft wings wrapped around you.
The angel of love is reminding you that you are a beautiful child of love and light,
Loved and nurtured,
Supported and safe.
The angel of love carries you up to a magical temple of love,
A crystalline temple shimmering with light.
The angel guides you to the temple doors and you are invited in,
You enter into a magnificent hall with a domed glass ceiling and all the colours of the rainbow are shining and shimmering in through the domes with a soft pink healing glow filling the whole temple with the scent of the angels of love.
Feel how loved you are.
Below the dome is a healing bed and you are invited to relax and enjoy the healing of the rays of love,
The rainbow rays,
Allow yourself to lay down and relax and receive the healing rays of rainbow light directly into your heart and the angels of love are all around you.

Focus on your breath and feel your feet on the grass connecting with mother earth,
