Find a quiet place free from distractions and sit down or lie down in a comfortable position.

Take a few deep breaths as you let the day fade away.

Begin to connect to this present moment and really be aware of this instance.

Pick a spot on the wall to focus on,

Somewhere slightly above the level of your head.

Continue to stare at the spot as you take long,

Slow,

Deep inhalations and exhalations.

Try to take about 20 breaths this way.

With each breath,

Feel your body begin to melt as a strong sense of relaxation takes over your body.

You feel as if you're floating and your body is weightless.

Once you feel deeply relaxed,

Close your eyes and imagine that you're standing in front of a flight of stairs.

Picture every detail as you go down these steps.

With each step,

Imagine going deeper and deeper within yourself.

Count down from 10 to 1,

With each step and number,

You are going deeper and deeper.

10,

Going deeper,

9,

8,

7,

Going deeper within yourself,

6,

5,

4,

3,

2,

1.

Once you are at the bottom of the stairs,

Just let a sense of relaxation take over your entire body.

Once you are in this deep state of relaxation,

Think about the affirmations you wrote down earlier and begin repeating them in your mind.

Repeat them as many times as you want and really feel those words and let them resonate and vibrate in your mind.

Repeat to yourself,

I am enough.

I am proud of who I am and all that I've accomplished.

I love and accept myself fully and unconditionally.

I am worthy of love and joy.

My life is full of abundance.

I radiate confidence.

I accept love from the universe.

I am me and that is my superpower.

I am unique and that is my gift to the world.

Spend a few more minutes repeating these affirmations in your mind.

There you go.
