This is a visualization for the entrepreneur that feels stressed out,

Confused,

And overwhelmed.

This visualization can also be used as journaling prompts to help get you back on track,

Calm your nervous system,

And gain clarity and focus back in your business.

This stress,

Overwhelm,

And confusion can also present externally in different ways,

Such as not doing as much yoga and meditation as you did prior to starting your business,

Maybe it's feeling as if you can never turn off your brain to relax by yourself or with family or both,

Maybe your schedule is packed to the brim so you're hustling from one activity to the next with no room to breathe.

Maybe it's all of these.

Here's what you need for this visualization or journaling activity.

If you wish to journal,

Grab a piece of paper and a pen,

Or settle yourself into a comfortable restorative yoga position if you wish to visualize.

Either way,

Make yourself comfortable,

Turn off distractions,

Prepare to open your mind to what is possible for your future,

And have the ability to work through any obstacles that might appear.

First,

Connect with the vision for your business and life.

How did you start this business in the first place?

How did you imagine your life when you started your business?

What would the day to day,

Week to week,

Month to month look like?

What is the goal for your business for the next year?

The next three years?

And the most important question,

Who do you need to become to make it a reality?

Answering these questions can help you to prioritize what to say yes to,

What to focus on,

And what to put on the back burner for a later time,

And what to say no to completely.

If you feel indecisive,

Imagine the future you that successfully completed that three year goal.

What would they decide?

What action or non-action would that successful you take?

Embody this successful you right now.

Start to live this successful you right now.

Visualize that in your body.

How would this successful you show up?

Notice what obstacles come up or resistance your mind tries to place or tell you why this visualization or these dreams can't become a reality.

Write it out.

Write them all out.

Just get it out of your head.

The resistance,

The obstacles,

The hurdles that show up during this process.

Make a list.

Not from judgment,

Criticism,

But from a place of understanding of what's getting in your way.

Now write out a solution to each of these obstacles.

Notice if your brain rejects that solution.

Why?

These solutions are the road map to making your vision a reality.

It's the steps to get you from where you are now to where you want to go.

If you doubt this process yourself or can't think of solutions or doubt the solutions,

Seek advice from someone that has no attachment to your goals.

Reach out to a coach.

Ask these questions in a Facebook group.

Just be aware that a lot of answers can come from this crowdsourcing and that can contribute to more overwhelm.

If you feel confused or overwhelmed,

Then keep inquiring from within.

Believe that you know the answer.

Keep the process simple.

How can you be happy and fulfilled right now?

Even as you're in process to hitting your goal.

How are you successful right now?

Why are you waiting to be happy?

Where are you forcing?

Making action or running your business from a place of shoulding or feeling that you have to do certain things.

This is all an awareness because you have a choice to do it your way or force or do something just because you feel you have to do it.

Then make sure you implement what you've learned today.

Take the steps needed from the solutions you created to the obstacles to the resistance.

Take action from a place of sufficiency and belief that you are in exactly the right place and have exactly what you need.

Then rinse and repeat.

This is not a one and done solution.

Even though you might have worked on your mindset,

Your beliefs,

And have had made positive attempts to make changes in your business,

It's easy to get sucked back into old ways of being.

Keep repeating this process as much as you need until you complete your goals and have to make new ones or until the process just becomes part of your lifestyle,

An unconscious,

Ingrained habit.
