I am love.
I am light.
I am joy.
I am forgiveness.
I am compassion.
I am empathy.
I am happiness.
I am my full and complete heart.
I express fully for my innermost joy.
I express truly from my heart.
And it is my intention in this moment to align my thoughts,
My feelings,
And my physical body.
I align now into my highest self,
To the highest version of me that I can physically contain in this present moment.
As I sit,
Or stand,
Or lay,
I imagine myself now in my purest form,
As a body of light.
I am not my physical shell.
I am my consciousness.
I am my ability to understand and to know from a higher plane of existence,
Where my true self finds my highest calling,
A calling to serve.
I've serviced all of those around me,
And it is through the collective joy that I feel in bringing my service to them,
That I feel myself in my most complete.
These can be simple ways.
It can be opening the door for someone.
It can be smiling.
It can be holding their gaze for longer than they expect you to,
And seeing them as who and what they are,
As a co-creator standing before you,
Another expression of Source.
If we choose to serve,
We can choose to see them,
To feel them,
To experience every human soul in a different way,
From a position of what can I bring,
What can I offer,
What can I give of myself,
Of my possessions,
Of my beingness?
Can I offer a prayer?
Can I open my heart to the Creator and see them in a new way?
Can I see them as healed?
Can I see them as whole?
Can I know them as complete?
And if I do,
They are.
If I do,
They are.
I know that as I open my heart to love in its purest form,
My intentions come through with a higher frequency,
A higher amplitude,
A higher resonance,
And those in the higher states of reality,
In the multiverse,
Hear my cries.
I know the angels in heaven hear me when I cry out for help,
When I feel lost,
When I feel confused,
When I feel nervous or anxious,
Or any lower vibrational state that I am choosing is out of alignment for me.
I call on the higher consciousness.
I call on God himself to help me.
And then I breathe and I wait.
Often I will ask for a vision of myself in my happiest state so that I can open my heart to myself in joy and love.
It starts with ourselves first.
We must love ourselves first.
I remember myself as a younger version of myself where I could walk outside and feel the breeze,
Listen to the birds,
Feel the sun on my face,
And the earth beneath my feet,
And time stands still.
I don't have anywhere to be.
I have nowhere to go.
I'm just here expressing and experiencing everything that has come before me.
And as I recognize myself in this moment,
Time stands still again.
And I understand that this is the point of creation.
This is the zero point field.
This is where my emotional charge vibrates the quantum unified field.
My electromagnetic signature draws to me what I am choosing to be.
I am love.
I am light.
I am joy.
I am happiness.
I am laughter.
I am bliss.
I am peace.
I see all before me as the creator.
I recognize myself as the co-creator.
In this moment I choose to live in love,
To serve others,
To recognize the needs of those before me,
And to help them to achieve,
To support them in any way that I can,
So that their dreams may become realities and they may realize themselves as who and what they are.
It is in the love and the light that I serve.
