Didn’t initially expect this sleep track would do the trick for me, and was actually intially frustrated with it, but several minutes in I shifted, and before long I was asleep. I slept deeply through the night, and will experiment to see if this sleep track consistently helped improves my sleep through the night. Will update review.

I meditate using Insight Timer every night to help me sleep. Some nights I’d rather relax into sleep while reading. This served my purpose well. The music is lovely and soothing. It helped me drift off to sleep slowly. It was exactly what I needed. Thank you.
