Saint Michael Prayers

It's the feast day of Saint Michael today, my favorite angel. I first met Saint Michael, when I attended a Brazilian Church and sang powerful hymns about him. Since then he has been with me in times of trouble and I have called on his blue mantle of light for protection.

Here are three prayers asking for his divine assistance.

Our Father. We humbly seek your divine shield against all forms of evil that may surround us. Grant us strength and courage to stand firm in faith and envelop us in your loving light. May your angels guard our hearts and minds. Guiding us away from darkness. We trust in your protection. Now and always. Amen. Our Father. We humbly seek the protection and guidance of Saint Michael, The heavenly warrior. May his strength inspire us to trust in divine providence and lead us away from fear. Help us to embrace courage in our hearts, Knowing that with Saint Michael by our side, We are shielded from harm. Amen. Saint Michael the Archangel. Defend us in battle. Be our defence against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him. We humbly pray. And do thou, O Prince of the heavenly hosts, By the power of God. Thrust into hell, Satan. And all the evil spirits who prowl about the world seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.
