Prayer To The Holy Spirit & Three Acts

Hello friends, there are four different prayers in this episode.

Prayer to The Holy Spirit
Act of Faith
Act of Hope
Act of Love

Accompanied by some special harp playing and birdsong.

Faith, hope, and charity are called the theological virtues because their object is God Himself: by them we believe in Him, hope in Him, and love Him (cf. Catechism §§1812–1829). They are infused — God's own gift — but they are meant to be used, and these prayers are how. Each ends, in its fuller traditional form, with the same resolve: "in this faith / this hope / this love I intend to live and die." Come, Holy Spirit, Fill the hearts of your faithful and kindle in them the fire of your love. Send forth your spirit, And they shall be created, And you shall renew the face of the earth. O God! Who by the light of the Holy Spirit. Did instruct the hearts of the faithful. Grant that by the same Holy Spirit, We may be truly wise and ever enjoy his consolations. Through Christ our Lord. Amen. Oh my God. I firmly believe that you are one God in three divine persons. Father, Son and Holy Spirit. I believe that your divine son became man and died for our sins, And that he will come to judge the living and the dead. I believe these and all the truths which the Holy Catholic Church teaches, Because you have revealed them. Who can neither deceive nor be deceived. I offer you this act of faith. Hoping to obtain pardon for my sins and the grace to believe in you more firmly and to follow your holy will more closely. Amen. Oh my God. Relying on your almighty power and infinite mercy and promises. I hope to obtain pardon of my sins, The help of your grace, And life everlasting through the merits of Jesus Christ, My Lord and Redeemer. I offer you this act of hope. Hoping to be cleansed by your merciful love. And to be made worthy of your holy promises. Amen. Oh my God. I love you above all things, With my whole heart and soul. Because you are all good and worthy of all my love. I love my neighbor as myself for the love of you. I forgive all who have injured me. And ask pardon. Of all whom I have injured.
