Magical Mermaid Moments - 8. Mermaid's Freedom

This harp journey is accompanied by a seashore soundscape of lapping waves. It's relaxing, bright, pensive and effervescent. The music begins softly and passes through different moods, finally building and releasing into a beautiful, ethereal fountain of magical melodies. It's a piece in A harmonic minor. I feel the emotions of this mermaid - she questions herself - should she, shouldn't she, can she? - she wants to be free but she's scared and trapped somehow. Through this harp song she works through her challenges, says yes, she fights for her freedom and expands her universe because of it. She leaves her past trauma behind and heals herself.
