This music compelled me to write in my journal & release some old beliefs & memories that have been standing in my way from moving forward. The stagnation that sets within & that needs releasing in the many forms. For myself a lovely exercise to do after weeks of feeling something & not feeling the process as I have done this morning. Thank you for the music, it has helped me to space clear within of the sticky-ness. I am feeling a lot clearer, now to move some Qi to help release any residual. Many thanks & kind blessings ❤🦋👌🙏
