I love Gregorian Chant and this particular one opens my breathing and gives me deep feeling of peace and joy.

It was lovely and helped me to relax a bit when I was SO stressed/agitated that I couldn't even "handle" a meditation. I am still experiencing extreme stress, but I feel a little more in control of myself/less like I'm about to blow up.
