I invite you to begin by finding a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down,

And When you are ready,

You can gently close your eyes.

Begin to connect with your breath.

Inhale gently into your heart space,

And exhale softly.

Take a few deep,

Full breaths like this,

Breathing into your heart space as you slowly draw your awareness into this area.

I invite you now to think of a time that you have felt unconditional love.

This might be a family member or a friend,

Maybe a pet.

Perhaps it is a place that you love,

Or a time in your life that fills you with joy.

Let this feeling of unconditional love fill your chest like a warm,

Loving light as it begins radiating outwards.

Now let the 528 Hz frequency flow through you,

Amplifying this loving energy.

Imagine your heart as a flower,

Opening petal by petal.

As you are bathed in this soundscape,

Notice how your heart starts to unfold and open to the world.

Know that it is safe here to let your heart slowly blossom and expand.

With each inhale,

Receive love into your heart space.

With each exhale,

Send this love out to the world.

A beautiful exchange of loving energy.

I am love,
