I invite you to begin by finding a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down.
When you are ready,
You can gently close your eyes and allow your body to begin softening.
Take a few slow,

Feel your body sinking into the surface beneath you.
With each inhale,

Allow the breath to help you let go of any pain you are holding.
Begin to sense the low,
Grounding frequency of 174 Hz resonating through your body.
Imagine it as a warm,

Wrapping you in safety and comfort.
Know that this frequency is helping to calm your energy and relax your body.
Visualize this sound like a cocoon of energy around you.
