Similarly, these are stressful times for many of us. Learning ways to deal effectively with that stress can be beneficial for our overall health and our relationships. Over the next 3 days, we will learn 5 different techniques to employ when we are feeling stressed or anxious. These techniques can be done anywhere at any time. Join me and begin the process of taking control of anxious thoughts.
