Music Let's begin this visualization by getting into a comfortable position. Letting go of any tension and worries and disconnecting yourself from anyone or anything that surrounds you. Your body is relaxed. Now imagine your tumour and cancer cells. Imagine what they look like and where they are positioned in your body. As you see your cancer in front of you. Picture your wonderful immune system working hard to rid your body of any disease and any faulty misbehaving cells. Picture it working tirelessly throughout your body wiping them all out. Now imagine yourself in the most beautiful calm place. It may be on a white sandy beach by the ocean, On top of a mountain or at the bottom of a waterfall. Whatever feels right for you. Picture yourself right there. Take a big breath in and then a big breath out. Feel the warming sun on your skin and as you are lying there the rays are warming you up from the outside in. Melting away any cancer that is present in your body. Slowly it is zapping away each cancer cell by cancer cell until there are no cancer cells left. And then replacing them with healthy new cells to support your body. As the sun sets you feel completely calm and relaxed. A gentle breeze floats over your body sprinkling it with energy and vitality. You are once again whole. You are healed. You are well.
