Sitting home with Covid i felt i needed a boost and frankly i think i have found it with this meditation. This other wordly journey feels like your whole body is recharging with healthy - center- of -the- earth energy! Feels like you are litterally plugged in to recharge. Thank you✨🙏🏾✨

I was at two holiday parties yesterday for work so I was around a lot of people; this morning I sneezed twice. I don’t feel sick but sneezing is usually the beginning of something. I listened to this and wow- I totally felt the download of healing. At one point I felt like I was floating. I think the key was keeping both feet flat on the floor. Definitely bookmarking and downloading to listen on a flight home for Christmas. I have to stay super healthy to go see my dad who is dealing with cancer. Next time I listen to this, I will put a picture of my dad on my lap with my hands over it to transfer healing to him as well. Thank you for this healing session. ❤️

This really works! Not sure what was happening, but felt light filling my body, especially my head space, bubbling up and out through my crown. Was experiencing cold symptoms before and none after.
