These practices allowed her to rediscover the internal guidance she had previously lost in her teens and early 20s. This journey sparked Hannah’s vision of empowering young people with the tools to self-regulate as they navigate their path to & through adulthood. Innerglow Guide provides Yoga, meditation, mindfulness & self-connection offerings in-person and online for young people, providing stress relief and essential self-care skills. Hannah's mission is to empower young people to cultivate their inner calm, reconnect with their internal guidance, and find their Innerglow.
