This is Munna Gaya and I am going to guide you through a meditation so you can access your Akashic Records.

Please lay down and relax.

Take one deep breath and release.

Be in a state of surrender and letting go.

Be ready to receive the information that is available to you.

Let's start with the invocation of the light.

Your light is your light.

It is your soul's light.

It is your essence.

It is connected to God Goddess.

It is eternal.

This eternal soul holds the information of all lifetimes,

Past,

Present and future.

Everything happens all at the same time outside of linearity.

So we can access the information of your past lives and also the information of your future lifetimes.

Take a deep breath and release slowly,

Then repeat after me.

I invoke my own light.

I invoke the divine light of the Great Spirit living within me.

Everything happens for the greatest good of all creation.

My divine light surrounds me.

My divine light is above me,

Below me,

In front of me,

Behind me,

On my left and on my right.

My divine light emanates from me and comes towards me.

Maybe you'll hear a voice or have a vision.

You can say it too as a reminder.

And let the energy flow to you,
