I got the name Emily. I kept coming in and out as my kitties started going nuts and wouldn't quit chasing each other and jumping around lol also I felt on my right arm the backside like someone touched me ever so gently but definitely was touched. I don’t read the descriptions before I listen to the meditations, I like to let my mind and body find where I should feel the sounds/music. This was great. I felt vibrations behind my eyes, which really soothed and relaxed my entire body. The other sounds were just enough distraction for me, to allow the vibrations to fill me without feeling overpowering. I really loved all the sounds. Thanks for sharing this.
