This is a Morning Ritual for the Divine Masculine, incorporating positive and powerful affirmations,
with the backdrop of motivational music, to empower men to embrace a confident and contented start to the day. The morning is such an important time, it sets us up for the rest of the day. By reconnecting to our purpose, each morning we build momentum, moving in the direction of our dream life with clarity and assurance. This meditation has been created to empower you to start the day by diving deep, to connect with yourself and create space within, recognise what you already have in your life and be grateful for this as a foundation to build from, reconnect to your purpose, and build clarity on what it is that inspires you and makes you feel alive.

Today is the day that you will rise up as the king of your life.

Brothers,

Welcome to this brand new day.

A new start where we will choose what to create.

We will choose the way things are going to be for us.

We have the final say on what we experience in this life.

For too long,

The way of the authentic masculine has been lost.

And very few have been modeled the full potential of what it means to be a man.

But no more.

Our sons and our brothers are in need of a new generation of leaders.

Role models to look up to and to trailblaze the way forward.

A new movement of men who embodied the traits of the divine masculine.

Strong yet warm.

On purpose yet playful.

Powerful yet loving.

Balanced perfectly in equal measures.

Men who are deeply,

Deeply present.

Men who work from an operating system of love.

This is us.

This is our true nature.

We are simply returning home.

Today is full of potential.

A blank canvas waiting for you to leave your mark as a king.

A leader.

A role model.

To plan out and create a new kingdom.

It is our time to stand up and to be seen.

The masculine energy I embody sparks passion and desire for connection within the feminine.

When I am grounded in my divine masculine energy,

I send out an energetic message to the feminine that I've got this.

This allows her to soften and melt into her playful nature.

I am a strong and secure foundation for the feminine.

I am a strong and secure foundation in my relationship and my partner can trust me and fully embody her feminine energy in my presence.

I allow her to fully blossom into her feminine energy because she is reminded that I am secure,

Balanced and trustworthy.

Today I choose to follow the ideas and inspirations that excite me and make me feel most alive.

Each day my purpose becomes clearer and clearer.

No need to change or control the breath,

Just letting it flow on its own accord.

If your mind wanders off into thought,

Effortlessly returning your focus back to the rising and the falling of the chest.

I was surprised actually that I connected so well and deeply with this. Maybe because I'm going through a divorce after 20 years and I'm realizing I need to be grounded in the man and Father I am in my own journey forward. Greg, thank you so much for this. I have now done your meditation twice. The first time, as a man who is gay, I was a bit challenged by the default hetero-normative language. However, as my mindset and conversations have deepened over time, my second listen today landed much differently. Even the divine masculine man, who also happens to be gay, encounters feminine energy and can be just as challenged with and around it, regardless of form in which it shows up. My worldview is now able to process beyond such constructs of gender and focus on the truest essence of your message which I believe transcends gender and even sexuality. I consciously choose not to allow my identity or my ways of being to be resigned to or reduced by sexuality. I am bigger than that... and I have AGENCY to choose bigger. Thank you for sharing this new language. I appreciate you, brother, and I love you for the spiritual being and inspiration that you are in the world. Here’s to DIVINE MASCULINITY!

Good masculine motivation

Although this isn't aimed at me, I had been looking for something to help heal my divine Masculine side of me, because I've lost so much stability and protection that, while my divine Feminine grows stronger, she is unable to grow more without the container of stability that the divine Masculine provides. This was a wonderful meditation, and I loved all the affirmations. Rise, brother, rise. 🙏🏾
