Palak Ghetia is a yoga teacher, movement and breathwork facilitator who guides people toward healing through the body, breath, and mindful awareness. Her work weaves together yoga, somatic movement, Spiritus breathwork, and meditation to support nervous system regulation and emotional release. After experiencing her own journey through anxiety, burnout, and deep personal transformation, Palak felt called to create spaces where people can reconnect with their bodies, soften their inner dialogue, and rediscover a sense of safety within themselves.
