And welcome and breathe and give yourself permission to be here,
To be present,
Completely present as you begin to breathe now into your heart centre.
This meditation will activate the cosmic self.
This meditation is something that you may wish to use daily.
Each day is a new day.
Each day we have the chance to choose.
So as you are breathing in and out of your heart centre and beginning to relax your body and beginning to focus your mind and expand your consciousness,
Just now decide what you would like to choose today.
This day is an auspicious day.
This day is giving you the chance to transform and to step out into a new way of being,
Leaving behind the past or the parts of the past that no longer serve you and bringing in and attracting the new.
So choose your day.
Choose that which you wish.
Choose love,
Choose bliss,
Choose abundance,
Choose joy.
The choice is yours.
Now I invite you to sense,
See,
Feel or know a tiny version of you,
That tiny version of you being planted in your Earth Star Chakra below your feet,
Like a little seed.
And that little seed,
That little version of you is asking for your higher heart to shine your light down upon them,
To shine your light,
Your divine spark,
That essence that is you.
I invite you now to send that light down your body,
Shining your inner light down your body,
Down throughout the lower chakras,
Shining it into every cell of your body,
Shining it into your bones,
Your blood,
Your skin,
Your ligaments,
Your muscles,
Shine your light down like a waterfall of light,
Travelling down,
Cascading down to the tips of your toes,
To the soles of your feet,
Down to that little seed that represents you,
Your hopes,
Your dreams,
Your desires,
They are all held within this seed.
Now with the love of Mother Earth,
Hold that seed,
That mini version of you,
Hold it in the light from your heart,
Breathe in and up the light and the seed,
Breathe it in and up,
And with every breath in,
You are saying internally I love you,
Breathing in and up the seed,
Breathing in and up your hopes,
Your wishes,
Your dreams,
Breathing it in,
And you may wish to verbalise I love you to yourself,
To your soul,
To your body,
To your spirit,
To the past versions of you,
To the future you,
To you on this timeline,
To you in other dimensions,
To you in past and future lives,
Breathing in and up into your heart centre now,
Nestles your hopes,
Your wishes,
Your dreams,
Your desires,
In your heart,
Safely in your heart now.
Just spend a moment to acknowledge your wishes and your desires,
Just spend a moment tuning in to what your wishes and desires and dreams are.
Declare,
Choose to let go of anything that is holding me back from realising my dreams,
My wishes,
My desires.
I am willing to let go,
I am willing to let the light inside me guide me.
And now allow that inner light to go up and out through your crown,
Up and out beyond the beyond,
Yet within the within,
And with each breath out you are saying I love you,
Feeling your light going up and out into the cosmos,
Up and out beyond the beyond,
Until your light connects with the most sparkling star,
This star is your star,
This star is here for you,
It is your guiding light from above,
It is that aspect of you that stays out in the cosmos,
Guiding you home,
Guiding you from afar,
So follow,
Follow,
Follow,
Follow your star,
And as your light connects with that star you are going to now bring the star back down,
A fragment of the star,
Bringing a fragment,
A hologram of that star back down,
And as you breathe in you are breathing in love,
And you are breathing in and down the starlight,
Coming home,
The cosmic light and your inner divine light,
Coming together,
Weaving,
Dancing,
Spiraling down,
Down,
Through your higher chakras,
Into your crown,
Past your third eye and your throat,
Down,
Down,
Down,
Into your heart centre,
Here is where,
The cosmic self resides,
That aspect of you that is multi-dimensional,
That knows all that it needs to know,
Now allow that to expand,
And invite the universe to make you bigger,
Make me bigger,
Make my light bigger and brighter,
Allow me now to expand,
Allow me to be all that I came here to be,
And so it is,
Blessed be.
And when you're ready,
If you wish to you can open your eyes,
But if you wish to go to sleep then you can close your eyes and stay in a deep sleep until you're ready to wake,
Refreshed,
Ready to face the day as your cosmic self,
In your highest timeline.
If you're ready now to wiggle your fingers and your toes and smile,
And know that you are loved,
You are perfect and you are whole.
