Welcome to a face yoga exercise meant to naturally stretch and strengthen the orbicularis oculi and the orbicularis oris muscles. This exercise can be done in conjunction with a warm-up exercise, a few other exercises, and a cool-down exercise, or just by itself - mirror and a seated position are recommended.
