Welcome to a face yoga exercise meant to naturally stretch and strengthen the cheeks and mouth muscles, as well as relax the face. This exercise can be done in conjunction with a warm-up exercise, a few other exercises, as a cool-down exercise, or just by itself - a mirror and a seated position are recommended.
