Having practiced meditation for the past 25 years I began my journey as a mindfulness teacher in 2005. I trained at The Centre for Mindfulness, Research and Practice, University of Wales, Bangor; where I completed an MSc with distinction in Mindfulness Based Approaches. In 2009 I became a founding director of Living Mindfully. My work has involved both designing and delivering mindfulness/coaching programmes. This includes The Living Mindfully Programme, and the Mindfulness Based Coaching programme (T.I.M.E.). My work continues to evolve in new areas including training mindfulness teachers, introducing mindfulness into education, and writing. My first book, Living Mindfully-Discovering Authenticity through Mindfulness Coaching was published in 2017.

Such a beautiful meditative walk. I needed something to support me on this brisk winter day and your inviting and warm voice and meditation was perfect. So glad I found you!

That was excellent. Great way to start the day. Or to reset at work

A formal slow practice guided by breathing rate. Not ideal for dog walking but excellent instruction

Loved this! Especially starting out with the body scan! I actually did this on an outdoor walk with my dogs & just modified it as I went along & it worked perfectly 😊Thank you 🙏🏼

It’s such a wonderful well-paced meditation. I recommend it for anytime but especially in those days when you feel agitated and sitting down seems daunting. We need to adapt meditation to the current state of our body and mind, and sometimes sitting down is not the wise thing to do but rather to move in a gentle way. Thank you for these minutes walking! 🌟
